Well morning all. Just sitting here typing and eating my breakfast shake bar with my tea. It is more of a rice krispy treat than anything really. I know you read that and warning signals go off - "if she is eating that how is she losing weight?" It is because it's a special recipie for my Herbalife shake mix. My current batch is a cookies-n-cream and vanilla chip one that is 413.5 calories per bar. For lunch I get to eat pie...there go those warnign signals again. It is of course another Herbalife shake recipie and only 115 calories. My current pie is sugar free chocolate pudding with cookies-n-cream shake mix in a low-fat graham cracker pie shell. They help break up the sameness of a shake twice a day everyday. I have to do something different or else I will lose track, get bored and be off my program yet AGAIN. I have done the yo-yo thing now at least three times over the past two years since starting to diet with this program. It really sucks because the weight just comes right back and then some.
But I am finally learning to count my calories as well to make sure I am not overdoing it on what I eat during the day. And it seems to be paying off - but it is hard to get used to doing.
Well off to a fun filled day of bill paying and shoping!
