Man that song says it all. Totally how I am feeling this morning. "Save me from this road I'm on. Jesus take the wheel." Any of you ever feel like your life is totally out of control? That is how I have been feeling lately especially where my weight is concerned. But I continue to pray about it and remember it is up to Him what happens and I control what goes into my mouth.

This mormings weight is 236.0 lb. Yippee!! Gone done 6 lb now in a little over two weeks. I can't wait to see what it is tomorrow.
