Morning to those who are looking. Can't seem to make my eyes focus but I have to be awake. Have you ever had one of those days where all you wnated to do was crawl back into bed and sleep the hole day away? That's what I WANT to do but its not what I will be able to do. Darn kids gotta get to the bus...... Why is it we send them to school again? lol
Well as you might be able to tell I am not really a morning person. I am totatlly a night owl. Problem is that I don't end up getting enough sleep this way. I was reading on the AOL america Takes It Off page yesterday for Day 29 that not getting enough sleep causes you to not lose as much weight as you would if you were getting a full 8 hours of sleep. Something that is totally news to me and makes sense. Which of course explains my snails pace to weight loss - but I am getting there.
I also read that those of us that weigh ourselves on a daily basis see the weight loss sooner than those who weigh weekly. This also makes sense in that you see the small progress - but it can be frustrating as some days there is no movement in the weight department. But either way we can get very frustrated in our persuit to a healthier you and give up - don't let this be you. Just remember to take it one day at a time and that every body is different as to how it loses weight.
Well anyways long lecture to get to the fact that my weight this morning is the same as yesterday - 236.4 lb. But I will not get frustrated as tomorrow is another day. :) lol as I read this I know some of you out there who will read it are going...."And she said she wan't a morning person?!?" hehehe Just trying to always look on the bright side of life.
