Hi, and thanks for stopping by! I'm Jen, married with kids and overweight. Below is a little about my past experiences. I came close to hitting the 270 mark in 2014. I upped my game with my then workout program and managed to get down to 252. I've since come back up and started a new program and lifestyle change, currently doing 21 Day Fix. My new goal is to lose 50-60 lbs. I'm looking for a healthy me and not a skinny me this time!
My Past:
I decided back in 2006 that I needed to lose weight. I weighed in the new year at 242 lbs and got down to 220.8 lbs. 8/25/06 before getting sick. I started 2007 at 233.4 lbs. In 2008 I hit my highest weight ever - 258.6 lbs. I've had enough and have gotten back on track. My goal is to lose 80 lbs. I want it gone and I want it gone for good!!!!! I get some exercise during the day but could use more and it's just the balance of that and eating right that I am trying to figure out now.
2013-ish fell off wagon and gained it all back. Hit new all time high of 270 lbs. :(
