Well it's the 3rd of 2009 already and I am way off the 2008 wagon. *SIGH* I weighed in yesterday at 246.7 lbs. Can't remember right now where I started last year at but I think this is less. As far as I am concerned that is an accomplishment - even if it's not too much.
Will be working on this goal as I am totally unhealthy and right now it sucks. So eating better and exercising in my future.

Don't be getting down on yourself. This is a very difficult time of year to maintain let alone lose.
This being said - YOU CAN DO IT.
Start by setting a mini goal of 5% of you "starting weight". Not so bad - makes the "light at the end of the tunnel" seeable (new word). Oh and set a "reward" for when you reach it. A NON FOOD reward - a manicure/pedicure, a charm for a bracelet or necklace.
When you do that one - go for another 5% and before you know it you will be there.
Oh and don't feel alone - there are many of us out here trying to do the same thing. I'm working on 20% right now so you see - it can be done.
